Unilin Roofing System
The Unilin panels are available in a range of insulation
thicknesses – to achieve the U-value required –
and widths of 810, 820 and 1210. They are suitable for roof
pitches of 15º to 60º. These all in one-roof panels
are easy and very quick to install, ready to receive the
standard roof covering: a pair of semi-detached houses can
be fully waterproof within one working day. The panels are
completely watertight as well as weather resistant and the
rafters are treated with preservative against fungal growth
and insects. Equally suitable for refurbishment and new-build,
they have a lifetime warranty. The panels form an integral
part of the roof structure and replace traditional rafters,
while the factory-formed integral rafters from sustainable
sources, plus PIR foam insulation, create rigid and solid
panels affording a safe working environment. |
