The Scottsdale system is highly cost-effective solution offering compact, portable, single phase computerised roll formers with user friendly CAD software. All the galvanised light steel frame components can typically be produced under the supervision and control of only one operator, while assembly of the frames utilises a semi skilled work force.
Scottsdale is an approved BRE Certified fully-automated process, from Architectural CAD design drawings to the manufacture of all the components for light gauge steel frames. The company now has the largest light steel automated roll forming customer base in the UK and Europe, with over 60 roll formers producing a wide range of applications such as;
