The MK Flexible Wiring System has been developed to specifically address the electrical needs of the rapidly growing off-site manufactured building sector.
The MK Flexible Wiring System is installed during the production process of the modular unit, therefore on-site assembly consists only of interconnecting the panels. The system connects into an MK Consumer Unit, which is factory wired to minimise further the on-site assembly time.
MK accessories are equipped with a new patented miniature power connector allowing the wiring system leads to be plugged directly into the rear of the product. No tools are required.
Utilising low skill level labour can offer significant savings in expense and time on-site. The simple system also reduces potential errors on-site and eliminates wastage of materials.
The MK Flexible Wiring System is recognised and fully supported by the NICEIC who have developed a dedicated sign-off certificate for this system. Training programmes are available for electricians covering a system overview, installation and the sign-off process
